Today was the Pre Inquest Review in to the deaths of Jason and Alexandru. The coroner ruled it was to be an Article 2 inquest (“Article 2 inquests are enhanced inquests held in cases where the State or ‘its agents’ have ‘failed to protect the deceased against a human threat”) and it will be held on the 18th and 19th of January 2021.
