Grant Shapps and the Transport Department need to listen these So called Smart Motorways must be stopped and the Hard Shoulder reinstated.
Imagine you set out on a journey which takes 5 hours, you breakdown if there is not a Hard Shoulder chances are you may leave in a body bag !!!
With a Hard Shoulder you have Breakdown Service attend, your vehicle is fixed you continue your journey arriving 3/4 hours later !
But you are ALIVE !!! All your loved ones are overjoyed that you are safe.
