Report on Highways England admitting that the cameras aren’t monitored at all times, so that’s the tech (i.e the smart bit of a ‘smart motorway’) that doesn’t work, the era’s that’s are not we’re they we TOLD to put them and now the cameras aren’t even watched!!! It’s all very well victim blaming when all we’re given is lies and how does ‘educating’ drivers help if your car won’t move!
