I have read the Equality Assessment that was legally required in 2012 into the impact that smart motorways would have on older people and people with mobility issues.

its stinks! the whole thing is rotten, but the very last page tipped me over the edge. National Highways had to consult with relevant outside groups purely on the effects to these to groups of ‘protected people’, so can you tell me why these organisations didn’t respond?
