Hi, Just to cover a few points we get asked about a lot (the original info is buried under so many posts and article now sorry)

The governments petition website hasn’t opened back up yet from the dissolution of parliament! But to be honest those petition aren’t the answer anyway, all they promise to achieve is to get the subject ‘raised’ in the h.o.p and its been raised many times already, they never solve the issue, just talk about it.
Also one purpose of this campaign was to get a judicial review started by getting a public law firm to take the case on, that has now been achieved and the judicial review process is now under way, we will be taking this to court and force a legal stop to smart motorways (so anything you could contribute to the legal fees crowd funder would save a few brick of my house!!)
