Please find attached a letter about the unnecessary deaths on so called smart motorways. I would really appreciate it if you could respond to me, as despite my attempts the previous holder of your post consistently failed to even acknowledge me.
I may not be polished and I’m constantly called ‘passionate’ when interviewed on this subject, but it is something I know a lot about and I am capable of behaving professionally (for a non-professional)
