Sometime the frustration at this flawed system see’s public anger misdirected at them, but we’ve had so many come forward telling of the same underhand/dangerous/neglectful practices forced on them from ‘above’ which are then followed up with Non Disclosure Agreements or bigger investigations into who talked, than into yet another death!
