They have confirmed that they are now in the process of investigating Highways England for potential corporate manslaughter charges in the deaths of Jason Mercer, Alexandru Murgeanu and Nargis Begum.
The investigation is only in very early stages and this will probably be a long road but smk don’t plan on going anywhere! so here’s hoping for results that will, combined with other actions, put an end to these death trap motorways.
The question at the moment is: how many more people is Grant Shapps going to allow to die before then?!
