South Yorkshire Police
has confirmed, after a year of pressure from SMK, that he will at last look into investigating
Highways England
for corporate manslaughter.
Please email or write (sometimes nothing beats a physical letter) explaining your interests and fears regarding smart motorways, and how you (and the coroner ) believe that Highways England are just as much to blame as the driver currently sat in jail.
