PEOPLE queued up to get tattoos in Worcester to campaign against smart motorways from a tattooist who suffered horrific injuries in a crash.
This year, Circle of Swords tattoo studio in Trinity Street held its third charity day, raising for the Smart Motorways Kill campaign.
The decision to support the campaign came from tattooist Jack Gallowtree, who suffered serious injuries after he came off his motorbike on the M6 in 2022.
The engine on his bike had failed and he was trying to get to safety when the bike wobbled and threw him over the barrier, snapping his leg, dislocating his shoulder and tearing a hole in his leg.
