In 2015 one produced an official report that said [summarised] do not do smart motorways.
In any way, shape or form.
At all.
In 2016 they produced a report replying to H.e rebuttal, calling H.E disingenuous!! (polite for lairs)
In 2021 a watered down, conflicting, damp squib of a report is released, which is so on the fence it’s probably got splinters. How can several previous reports be so hard-line and yet this one is so soft It’s a complete waste of the money that was spent compiling it?
And this is after more protests, anger, pressure, exposes, deaths then there had ever been before on smart motorways!
Confusing no?
and to use the excuse turning the hard shoulder back on will fill up the A roads is madness, where do I send the hundreds of email, messages, comments I get saying “I wont/cant use smart motorways” I have to use the A roads.
