It was good to see you on GB news recently. I have been a chauffeur all my working life and lived in Cheltenham and often made trips to Birmingham Airport and remember the M42 becoming a smart motorway in 2006 and thought at the time what a stupid idea this was.
I also ran an action group voluntarily for 9 years against a large Insurance Group and had a large coverage in national press, TV & Radio. I might have some ideas that may be helpful to your cause.
